Return Policy
We offer exchanges and credit notes as we want you to be happy with your purchases. Our credit notes are also valid for 12 months and can be redeemed online.
We are committed to our customers’ 100% satisfaction. Therefore, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back within 10 days after they receive it and we will give them a credit note. The order has to be made only through our website (chilabags.com) and not through other retailers.
Please have in mind the cost of return must be paid by the customer unless the items is faulty.
Deciding not to pay import duties is not eligible for a full refund.
Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving your order via email to info@man3co.com.
Returns will only be accepted if items are returned with the original sale receipt attached, and in the condition that they were received.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on sale items, unless an item is faulty.
We ask that returned items be shipped via express or registered mail to our mailing address as below:

Please email customer service for a return approval before shipping back the package.
Remember that if you decide to return a bag, you should assume the return cost and the new shipping cost.
NOTE:
If you refuse a shipment from Man3co, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to Man3co. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise credit.
If you provide us with a wrong shipping address, we are not responsible for the additional shipping fee.
